Natural milk is the ideal food, as it contains all the nutrients important for life. Raw milk is milk that has not undergone a pasteurization process, has not been heated to more than 40 degrees Celsius or undergone a process with an equivalent effect, so all vitamins and minerals in the milk are preserved. Milk is an important source of potassium, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, sodium and magnesium, as well as traces of iron, copper, iodine, molybdenum, cobalt, chromium and fluorine. All fat-soluble vitamins are present, namely A, E, D and K, as well as water-soluble vitamins B complex and vitamin C.


Homemade yogurt is made from full-fat, non-homogenized milk, with a dense texture and an excellent, slightly sour taste. Made according to traditional procedures with longer maturation.

Usage: Yogurt is a refreshing drink; it goes perfectly well with fresh and dry fruits or nuts in combination with honey.

Whey of Sirarna Čuš is sour whey made from raw milk and is created during the production of cottage cheese. Whey is a fermented drink rich in protein and low in fat, so its consumption is ideal during sports efforts; it is also recommended for digestive problems, various skin problems, it stimulates the immune system and strengthens the body’s detoxification mechanisms.


Sour milk of Sirarna Čuš is made from raw non-homogenized whole milk. It has a pleasant, refreshing aroma with a mild, sour taste. Consumption of sour milk has a beneficial effect on the digestive system and the establishment of balance of microflora in the intestines.

Use: Sour milk is an excellent refreshing drink – it goes well with nuts and honey.
