Sirarna Čuš’s sour cream is made from non-homogenized whole milk, so it contains more fat, which gives it a unique taste, aroma and creamy texture.
Usage: Homemade sour cream goes perfectly well with creamy soups and sauces, and it can also be used for baking as an addition to our cottage cheese, full-fat or albumen.
The butter of Sirarna Čuš is made from homemade cream, which gives it an excellent taste and aroma and calls for tradition. We recommend putting the butter out of the fridge for ten minutes before usage.
Kajmak of Sirarna Čuš is fresh crust of cream that, unlike traditional Kajmak, does not ripen, which gives it a pleasant mild and slightly salty taste, it’s creamy and slightly greasy.
Usage: a great side dish for picnics or a spread on a piece of bread.
